Hey Hey MA! I apologize for the visual torture ... but Mel took such a cool pic ... I just couldn't resist!
According to my BIL Brad ... these are the bestest Carrot Muffins he's ever tasted ... sent a plate down to my sis's ('cause God knows I didn't need 2 dozen here tempting me!) and he consumed most of them!
That link on the original post will take you to the recipe ... for these or the cake version ... so feel free to print it out ... and maybe see if Jack wants to give it a whirl?! It's pretty easy.
Without frosting they might even freeze okay ... trust me ... you do not want a multitude of these readily available to whisper to you ... best to share ... with a bunch!

Torture - pure torture. Wish computers had smell-o-vision (even better would be taste-o-vision!!).
